Hi Roger
I acknowledge your frustration. The reason you were unable to find the other posts is because I didn't write them. At the time that I wrote this series of posts (2008) there wasn't that much interest and so I didn't continue with the series.
I should have made a note about that here - and I apologise for that.

I am currently writing an ebook on managing your nerves, so there'll be more soon.

This website is frustrating in the fact that posts are to be followed up with another post that is hard to find.

Hi Andrew - I agree that actually going out there and speaking is critical to improving your public speaking skills. But it's not necessarily the best way to overcome your nervousness. For some people, repeated successful speaking experiences do help reduce their nerves, but not for everybody. And if things don't go well when they're speaking, this can exacerbate their nerves the next time. I'll be writing more about this in a future post in this series. Olivia
